Miami’s streets are easy to navigate once your understand the basic grid system, however.
The streets are divided into the Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest quadrants, with the division between the North and South quadrants formed by Flagler Street and the boundary between the East and West quadrants represented by Miami Avenue. Courts, Roads, Avenues and Places run from north to south. To find the cross-street that corresponds with an address, just take away the final two digits from the address. Simple!
