This is the third time we have used Novacarhire and as before we were totally happy with the service. We had no problems at all. Can I just say that the service you provided for my car rental in Tampa was excellent. I have never sailed through picking a car up so easily. Did an upgrade to a white Pontiac Grand Prix which my 8 yr old daughter chose and we loved it!
