Have to say we were very impressed!The staff at the Budget desk at Florence airport were the best I have encountered when picking up a car. Pleasant and friendly and not at all pushy about extra insurance etc. Glad we took out the extra insurance with you. My first use of Nova (recommended by a friend) and will use again.
