I’ve used Nova twice for a 15 day car rental in Italy – summer 2009 and 2010. Both times Nova offered the most user friendly website plus additional features such as flexible booking amendment options and excess reduction. I also like being able to easily contact a real person if required – I’ve only done this once but the call was answered promptly and managed professionally.
