Last week we rented a car through your company and arranged to collect it from Avignon airport, this is a tiny airport with very few facilities, but the service we received from yourself and Europcar at the airport was excellent. The car was brand new and the collection procedure was professionally handled.  We had been delayed for 2 hours by a French air traffic controller dispute and the Europcar desk was due to be closed on our eventual arrival.  We were very pleased to find that the desk had remained open to deal with us.
