Manchester Airport flies to around 200 destinations – more than any other airport in the United Kingdom. The airport contains three terminals, and it is the only British airport apart from Heathrow to operate two runways longer than 3,000 metres. The airport is accessible via the M56 motorway, with a dedicated approach road from the motorway at junction 5.
