Gran Canaria Airport consists of one terminal building which is divided over 3 floors. The Arrivals Hall is on the ground floor and Departures is on the first floor. The Arrivals and Departure Areas are divided into 3 zones - European Union (A), International (B) and Inter-island (C).

The airport has an excellent range of passenger services which include banking facilities, ATMs, currency exchange, a post office, a selection of cafes, fast food outlets and restaurants, an airport duty free shop as well as several gift shops, an internet café and much more.
