Getting to and from Milan Linate Airport:
Milan Linate Airport is situated just 9 km east of downtown Milan. From the airport road take the Viale Enrico Forlanini road SP150 by turning left onto it and then follow the road until you enter the city of Milan.
Driving To Milan Linate Airport:
To Bergamo:
From the airport road take the Viale Enrico Forlanini road SP150 and follow the road signs for Lecco, Brugherio, Monza, Erba, Treviglio, Brescia, Venezia. This will lead to the A-51 motorway which you should travel along for 14 km before exiting to follow signs for Torino, Como, Chiasso, Varese, Sesto, Milano v.le Zara, Malpensa, Venezia, Agrate.
As you leave the motorway head for the A-4/E-64 for 28 km and then exit in the direction of Bergamo. Pass the toll booth and take a right turn onto the Via Autostrada road for 1 km and turn right again onto the Via Costantino Simoncini road.
Take a left turn onto the Via Geremia Bonomelli Street and then turn left again onto Viale Papa Giovanni Xxiii to arrive in the city.
To Lugano (Switzerland):
From the airport road take the Viale Enrico Forlanini road SP150, following the road signs for Lecco, Brugherio, Monza, Erba, Treviglio, Brescia, Venezia. This will lead to the A-51 motorway, which you should follow for 6 km
Head for the A-52 in the direction of Tangenziale nord, Torino, Como, Malpensa. After 4.5 km exit in the direction of Torino, Monza, Monza Sant'Alessandro, Malpensa. Head for the A-4 motorway for 12 km and follow signs in the direction of Varese, Sesto Calende, Como, Chiasso, Malpensa.
As you leave the motorway take the Autostrada Dei Laghi (A-8) for 33 km. The Autostrada Dei Laghi changes into the A-9/E-35 and continue for 9 km. Cross the border into Switzerland and take the A-2/E-35 for 22 km before taking exit 50 in the direction of Lugano Sud, Polizia.
As you follow the open road it changes into a motorway and as the motorway ends take Via Giuseppe Cattori. This will take you into Lugano by following signs for the city centre.
To Como:
From the airport road take the Viale Enrico Forlanini road SP150 and follow signs for Lecco, Brugherio, Monza, Erba, Treviglio, Brescia, Venezia. This will lead to the A-51 motorway, which you should follow for 6 km.
Head for the A-52 in the direction of Tangenziale nord, Torino, Como, Malpensa. After 4.5 km exit to follow signs for Torino, Monza, Monza Sant'Alessandro, Malpensa. Take the A-4 motorway for 12 km and follow exit signs for Varese, Sesto Calende, Como, Chiasso, Malpensa.
As you leave the motorway take the Autostrada Dei Laghi (A-8) for 33 km. The Autostrada Dei Laghi changes into the A-9/E-35 and continue on this for 28 km. Follow the exit signs for Como sud, and head for the Via Cecilio road to take you into the town centre.
