Getting to and from
Belfast city is situated on the east coast of Northern Ireland and can reached via the M1 and M2 motorways.
Driving to Belfast city
From Derry:
Take the A6 from Derry city by following signs for Belfast. You will pass through the towns of Drumahoe and Dungiven before joining the Glenshane Pass for 10 miles but remaining on the A6.
Continue on the A6 and follow signs for Belfast M22 and eventually join the M22 at the Drumderg Roundabout. Travel along the M22 for around 2 miles before merging onto the M2 Motorway. Drive along the M2 for around 17 miles and then look to leave the motorway via junction 1B and follow signs for City Centre to arrive in Belfast.
From Newry:
Leave Newry by taking the A1 road for over 27 miles (passing through Banbridge) and constantly follow signs for Belfast before joining the M1 Motorway.
