AIRPORT:
Athens International Airport is located just 12 km southeast of downtown Athens in Greece.
Serving daily flights to and from numerous destinations throughout Europe and the World, the airport is the main gateway to the sunshine and Olympic culture of Greece.

Athens International Airport has a range of duty free shops (international flights only) located in the boarding area. The boarding area is split up between the Intra Schengen and the Extra Schengen areas. (The Intra Schengen area is the area for flights to countries in Europe that have signed the Schengen Agreement. The Extra Schengen is the area for flights to countries that have not signed the Schengen Agreement.)

In the Extra Schengen Passenger Area you can find about six Travel Value & Duty Free Shop outlets with each a different range of goods while outside of this area there are two outlets of Duty Free/Travel Value. Besides these there is one outlet of Germanos and one newspaper stand called Eletheroudakis.
