Getting to and from

La Rochelle Airport is situated just 5 km north/northwest of downtown La Rochelle on the airport road called Rue du Jura. Take a left turn onto the Rue De Béthencourt. Followed by another left turn onto the N-237. Follow it for 4 km and head for Gendarmerie, Rochelle-Centre (La), Lagord.
At the roundabout take the first exit onto the Avenue Du 8 Mai 1945. As you enter La Rochelle follow signs for the centre.

Driving To

To Nantes:
From the airport road take a left turn onto the Rue De Béthencourt. Followed by another left turn onto the N-237 follow it for 4 km. Follow signs to Poitiers, Niort, Nantes. This should get you onto the N-11/E-601. Follow the N-11/E-601 for 8 km.

At the roundabout take the second exit onto N-137. Stay on the N-137 for 43 km following signs to Bordeaux, Cholet, Nantes, Angers. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A-83/E-03. Follow the A-83/E-03 for 81 km. Head for the A-801/E-03 leaving the motorway.

Follow signs to Nantes-Centre, Saint-Sébastien-Centre. This should get you onto the Boulevard De Vendée head for the Boulevard Emile Gabory. As you enter Nantes follow signs for the centre.

To Poitiers:
From the airport road take a left turn onto the Rue De Béthencourt. Followed by another left turn onto the N-237 follow it for 4 km. Follow signs to Poitiers, Niort, Nantes. This should get you onto the N-11/E-601. Follow the N-11/E-601 for 47km.

Follow the N-248/E-601 for 8 km and then follow the E-601 in the of direction Poitiers, Paris this should get you onto the A-10/E-05 motorway. Follow the A-10/E-05 motorway for 131 km head for exit 30 in the direction of Poitiers, this should still be the A-10/E-05.

Head for the N-10, this road will take you into Poitiers; follow signs for the centre.

To Saintes:
From the airport road take a left turn onto the Rue De Béthencourt. Followed by another left turn onto the N-237 follow it for 7 km. Head for the N-137/E-602 follow it for 28 km. As you approach Rochefort take the A-837/E-602 motorway for 35 km.

As you approach Saintes take the A-10/E-05 motorway for 5 km. Head for exit 35 direction Saintes, Royan, Ile-d'Oléron, Angoulême. After passing a toll boot head for the N-137/E-602. Take the Cours Du Maréchal Leclerc this will bring you into Saintes follow signs for the city centre.
