Getting to and from

Carcassonne Airport is situated just 2 km west of downtown Carcassonne. From the airport head for the D-119. Follow the D119 into town and as you enter the town of Carcassonne follow signs for the city centre.

Driving To

To Perpignan:
From the airport head for the D-119. As you approach the town of Carcassonne take a right turn heading towards the N-161. As you reach the roundabout take the first exit. This road will lead you to the A-61/-E-80. Go beneath it and join it following signs for Perpignan. Follow the A-61/E-80 for 59 km.

Exit following signs for Sigean, Perpignan, Barcelone. Head for motorway A-9/E-15 and follow for 47 km. Take exit 41 following signs for Perpignan-Nord, Perpignan-Nord, Perpignan-Centre, Rivesaltes, Barcarès (Le), Canet. Continue until the toll boot and after this head for the N-9 for 10 km.

Take the Cours Lazare Escarguel road as you enter the city follow signs for the city centre.

To Montpellier:
From the airport head for the D-119. As you approach the town of Carcassonne take a right turn heading towards the N-161. As you reach the roundabout take the first exit. This road will lead you to the A-61/-E-80. Go beneath it and join it following signs for Perpignan. Follow the A-61/E-80 for 59 km.

Exit following signs for Narbonne-Sud, Narbonne, Béziers, Montpellier, Lyon. After leaving the motorway continue for 1.5 km and head for the A-9/E-15/E-80 for 85 km. Head for exit 32 following signs for Saint-Jean-de-Védas. Continue along the open road until you reach the toll boot.

After the toll booth continue following signs for Saint-Jean-de-Védas. This should get you onto the Rond-Point De L'Europe. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the D-161 for 1 km. Take a right turn onto the N-112 and another right onto the N-113. As you drive into Montpellier follow signs for the city centre.

To Toulouse:
From the airport head for the D-119. As you approach the town of Carcassonne take a right turn heading towards the N-161. As you reach the roundabout take the first exit. This road will lead you to the A-61/-E-80. Turn right onto the A-61/E-80 which you follow for 82 km.

Passing the toll booth, Toulouse Sud-Ouest, head for the A-614 / E-80. From the A-614 / E-80 take exit 21 in the direction of Pont des Demoiselles, Côte Pavée, Gare S.N.C.F. Matabiau, Complexe Scientifique de Rangueil. Follow the road until you reach the town of Toulouse, then follow signs for the city centre.
