Driving to Linz

From Cesky Krumlov (Czech Republic):
Leave Cesky Krumlov in a southern direction and head for road 160. After 9.5 km, turn right in the direction of Vyssi Brod. Pass through Vyssi Brod town and take road 161. Follow the 161 road until you reach the Austrian border. Take the B126 for 29 km. As you arrive in Linz follow signs for the city centre.

From Salzburg:
Leave Salzburg in a north eastern direction and head for the A-1/E-55/E-60 motorway for 120 km in the direction of Linz. Take the exit that leads to Linz. Take the A-7 motorway and follow signs for Linz-Zentrum. Take exit for Linz-Zentrum.
Take the B139, which will take you into Linz town. Follow signs for the city centre.

From Vienna:
Leave Vienna in a western direction and get onto the A-1 motorway. Take the motorway for 161 km in the direction of Linz. Exit the motorway, at signs posted for Linz. Take the A-7 motorway and follow signs for Linz-Zentrum. Take exit for Linz-Zentrum.
Take the B139 which will take you into Linz town. Follow signs for the city centre.
