Really pleased with the service you provided. Not only was it one of the cheapest quotes, I specifically enter to know which firm I would be hiring from before proceeding with the booking. I was flying with easyjet and specifically didn't want europcar as I knew there would be a very long queue!

I also very last  minute tried to order snow chains and Nova car dealt with this and snow chains were waiting for me!

Everything was just fine!

When you arrive, tired after a long flight, it's important that everything is as agreed,
because you don't have the energy to discuss.
 
When we arrived in Cape Town, the car was waiting for us, with the correct papers ready to sign.
It didn't take more than 10 minutes in the office, then we were on our way.

We will certainly use Nova Car Hire again, the next time we go abroad.

I liked the ease of booking a vehicle through your online site.  Your site gave the best price for the vehicle that I rented, and I spent a lot of time looking for what I needed.  I should have used novacarhire.com first before checking out other sites. The car was picked up at Los Angeles airport and dropped off at Long Beach  airport California where I was taking a cruise from and everything went as planned. Other car rental companies wanted quite a large drop off fee to drop the car at another location, Alamo did not charge this.

Great service and extremely pleased that I did get the bright yellow Honda Jazz that I had requested, I did have the Honda in August as well and didn't loose it once.......it stood out well amongst the hundreds of grey,brown,silver and white cars !!!!

We were entirely satisfied by all aspects of the car rental. In gratifying contrast to the vehicle hired on our last trip from a "big name" rival firm in Dublin, which had worn-out windscreen wipers and an empty wiper water container, so that the first Irish shower led to a worrying period of "flying blind", the car rented from your firm was in perfectly serviceable condition.

The check in and out went very quickly and the staff were extremely efficient and most helpful.

We are visiting Ireland again in just a few weeks for the arrival of a new family member and will definitely hire from Nova RentaCar again.

Yes, I was indeed pleased with the service rendered to me by your staff right from the start at Cape Town International Airport last Sunday, 13 Dec 09. It was a breeze. Everything was pre-arranged for me like clockwork precision. Your staff at the shaded parking lot was accommodating and arranged for a larger car for me on seeing the large number number of baggage that I had with me. The car I had, a Chevrolet  was excellent and brand new. On returning the car one weel later, I had the same experience- hassle-free. Dropped the key and off I went to catch my flight.

I hired a Car at the JFK Airport National car Rental, New York, through the Nova car Hire, and I must say, it was a Fantastic experience. Though there was a fair  amount of rush, when I did get to the counter, my papers were processed within minutes & as the car which I'd asked for was not there, I was given an upgrade at the same price. we had the SUV for 23 days & did a fair amount of Driving around the US.

I  am so impressed with the way Nova Car Hire handled the whole issue of Booking & keeping me updated abt the reservation, I will book ONLY with Nova in future too. Have recommended Nova to all my friends as well. In addition to the service, the Prices were the BEST!

Another major Plus for Nova was, I wanted a GPS, abt which they were very CLEAR to me from day 1, that they cannot assure me of its availabilty, so I carried my own GPS. Normally while booking, we get false assurances, but Nova did not do that, they were frank up front, and that is what i really appreciated the most.
